3-4 Defense for Spread Offense

As football has evolved so far at the high school level in the past 10 years, we also had to evolve to match the new concepts of the spread offense. We are a long standing old school 5-2 defense that was built to take on the power run game that was so common in high school football. As time has gone on we have had to create a 3-4 package to match up with the spread game and all of the variations that we see year to year. This DVD will go over all of our various fronts and stunts out of the 3-4, and then explain in depth how we tie our coverage with each front. After explaining each front, gap responsibilities and overall techniques, game footage is then added in to give you the viewer a chance to see the defense in action.
